ELKO Metal Parts, cooperative
We manufacture pressed and welded metal parts for the automotive industry (including VW, Škoda, Bosal, Bentley) and we use modern measurement methods for quality control using advanced 3D scanning.
The Company has a 65-year tradition in the area of electrical engineering and metalworking. Since it originated from two very distant production cooperatives, its dislocation corresponded to this fact until 2019, today it is no longer so and all production, including the company management, is centralized to a single production location in Kosova Hora near Sedlčany.
What do we specialize in?
Metal parts not only for automotive
Metal pressing
We offer cold sheet metal forming, pressing using hydraulic presses up to 250 tonnes and eccentric presses up to 500 tonnes.
Metal welding
We weld parts, for which we can use robots, single-purpose machines, pneumatic welding presses, arc welding in a protective atmosphere using the MAG method.
Laser cutting
We provide production using lasers; I have 3 heads available in total (2x 7.5 inches and 1x 5 inches).
3D scanning
We will scan any item into the world of ones and zeros, thanks to which you will be able to edit the item and then make it at our premises from a prototype.
Vibration tumbling
We offer tumbling of products for electroplating, coating and finishing of products.
Industrial washing
We wash products without drying before welding to remove dirt and some types of oil.
